Ingredients:
- 2 cans tuna in olive oil with jalapeños
- 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp chipotle light mayo
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- half an onion
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 or 2 pickles
- 3 brioche buns
- 3 slices provolone
Tuna salad
1. Finely dice onion and pickles and place in a large bowl.
2. Drain a can of corn and add to bowl
3. Add all three mayo varieties into bowl alongside 2 cans of tuna
4. Add pepper to taste
5. Optionally, add a couple dashes of hot sauce
6. Mix until homogenous.
Melt
1. Stack tuna salad on brioche and top with provolone
2. Toast in air fryer until golden brown and cheese has melted
3. Optionally, add mayo to top bun
